Keep it within reach

Why RacquetOps exists
RacquetOps brings thoughtful, low-cost technology to an industry that deserves better tools—so the people behind racquet sports can spend less time managing software and more time doing what makes them happy.
Founded by
Greg Avola
Avid tennis player, product builder, and believer that good technology should make everyday work lighter.
Built from the game
As an avid tennis player, Greg saw how much care goes into every part of the sport: remembering a customer’s setup, finding the right feel, sharing advice, and helping someone walk back onto the court excited to play.
He also saw that the people doing that work were often asked to choose between tools that were too expensive, too complicated, or simply not made for them. RacquetOps was founded to offer another option—technology shaped around the real needs of racquet businesses and priced so more of them can use it.
The goal is simple: handle more of the busywork quietly, and give you more space for the craft, conversations, and community that brought you here in the first place.
What guides us
Useful technology should not be reserved for the biggest clubs. We aim to keep RacquetOps affordable for independent stringers and local shops.
The best tools fade into the background. They should reduce friction, feel natural, and leave you with more energy at the end of the day.
Racquet sports are built on people, craft, and community. Technology should create more room for those things—not compete with them.
